After graduating from St. Francis Xavier University in 1996, Joe joined London Life as an employee benefits group representative in Halifax.
Following the merger with Great-West Life, Joe became the Selectpac account manager with the Nova Scotia Resource Centre. In the summer of 1998, he became one of the first London Life insurance and retirement and investment services product managers, supporting financial centres in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
In the fall of 1999, Joe became a business development manager in Moncton and began coaching a team of new representatives.
With the launch of Freedom 55 Financial in July 2000, Joe moved to head office in London, Ontario as the professional development manager, primarily responsible for recruiting and sales management support.
In early 2002, Joe joined the Toronto East Financial Centre management team as a director and helped develop a number of leading financial security advisors. Late in 2006, Joe was named the regional manager of the York North Financial Centre.
Joe enjoys developing his management team and helping them achieve top spot in their respective roles.
He’s happily married to the love of his life Amy, and has a daughter and a son. They live in the west end of Toronto.

Anna has been in the financial industry for 7 years. She has held various roles in Sales, Customer Service and Management. Anna currently manages operations in a Freedom 55 Financial Centre consisting of multiple Marketing, Administrative and Management staff as well as over 70 Financial Security Advisors.

Francesco joined Freedom 55 Financial in 2009 as a financial security advisor, after two successful years in the position he was appointed to Director, business development. Over the last four years Francesco has used the practical and technical knowledge gained from his experience as an advisor and passion for coaching to help new advisors develop and grow their own practices.

Craig graduated from University of Western Ontario and has since attained his CHS Designation. He has been in the Financial Industry for the past 20 years. Craig has held various Sales and Management roles with Great West Life and Freedom 55 Financial.

Saverio has been in the insurance industry for 31 years. 29 of those years were spent as a Director, Business Development. It is his responsibility to ensure advisors are able to apply their knowledge and provide clients with sound financial advice once they begin working in the field.
Over the years, Saverio has worked closely with advisors 1-4 years and has educated and offered financial planning many advisors in both workplace training and client settings.

Lee Corasaniti is the New Advisor Training Manager for the Toronto Northwest Office. In this capacity she is responsible for the training of new advisors on the various propitiatory products, sales skills and processes, and systems. It is her responsibility along with the Directors of Business Development to ensure advisors are able to apply their knowledge and provide clients with sound financial advice once they begin working in the field.
Lee Corasaniti has been working in the financial industry for more than 30 years. Over the years she has worked in all areas of finance which include insurance, trust, banking and brokerage. For more than 27 years she was employed in the banking and insurance industry offering financial training to employees dealing directly with the public. With a facilitating and teaching career spanning more than 20 years, Lee has educated and offered financial planning, to adults, in both workplace training and client settings.
In addition to her financial experience, Lee has attained the following accreditations; Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Life License, Canadian Health Specialist (CHS) and she is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
